Gunderson Dettmer represented client Klar, a leading digital financial services platform, in its Series B financing led by General Atlantic. As part of the transaction, Luis Cervantes, Managing Director at General Atlantic and Sofia Garrido, Vice President at General Atlantic, will join Klar’s Board of Directors.
