Gunderson Dettmer represented client Karat, an “interview-as-a-service” platform, in its $110 million Series C financing led by Tiger Global. The new capital brings the company’s valuation to $1.1 billion. This will enable them to accelerate the opportunity to make the Interviewing Cloud the global standard for technical hiring.

In the announcement of the transaction, co-Founder and CEO of Karat Mo Bhende said, “Today is a very big day for Karat and the future of technical hiring.
