Gunderson Dettmer represented client Headline as lead investor in the the BRL 70 million Series B financing of Trinus Co, a financial and real estate service platform. Designed to simplify day-to-day tasks, the platform manages Real Estate Investment Funds (FIIs) and helps in legal litigation and contract management.
