Gunderson Dettmer represents Druva in latest funding round

Gunderson Dettmer served as lead counsel to Druva in its $80 million financing round led by Riverwood Capital with participation from Sequoia Capital India, Nexus Venture Partners, Tenaya Capital as well as most other existing venture investors.

The Gunderson Dettmer deal team was led by corporate partner Bennett Yee along with intellectual property partner Gina Marek and corporate associate Bradley Krack.

Druva is the global leader in cloud data protection and management, delivering the industry’s first Data Management-as-a-Service solution.
