Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly Recognizes Gunderson Dettmer Partner Tim Ehrlich as a Go To Life Sciences Lawyer

As part of its annual list of Massachusetts legal industry leaders, Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly (MLW) has once again recognized Boston partner and Life Sciences practice group chair Tim Ehrlich as a Go To Lawyer in the Health Care and Life Sciences practice area. 

Tim represents startup, emerging growth, and public life sciences companies across the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, diagnostics and health care IT sectors. His practice spans the entire corporate lifecycle, including company formation, financings, corporate governance, M&A, public offerings, strategic alliances and other commercial transactions.

The MLW recognition is based on his work in major industry deals of the past 4 years, such as Affinivax’s $3.3 billion acquisition by GlaxoSmithKline; Remix Therapeutics’$1 billion collaboration and license agreement with Roche; and Kelonia Therapeutics’ $800 million research collaboration and licensing agreement with Xyphos Biosciences. He also represented Wellington Management in its $182 million Series C investment in Bluejay Therapeutics and advised Moonwalk Biosciences in its Series A and seed financings totaling $57 million.
