Gunderson Dettmer advised pdvWireless, doing business as Anterix, in a follow-on public offering with aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $100 million. The offering was upsized from the previously announced $85 million of common stock. The Gunderson Dettmer team included Jeff Thacker, Jeff Vetter, Ryan Gunderson, Leanne Gould and Jaime Narayan.

Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan and Evercore ISI acted as joint book-running managers and B. Riley FBR and Craig-Hallum Capital Group acted as co-managers for the offering.

Anterix trades on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the ticker “ATEX” and is a wireless communications company focused on empowering the modernization of critical infrastructure and enterprise businesses by enabling private broadband connectivity.
