• API Holdings (Pharmeasy) Series E Investment: Gunderson Dettmer represented Prosus Ventures as it co-led the $350 million Series E financing of API Holdings, the parent company of Pharmeasy, minting India’s first unicorn in the e-pharmacy space.

• Dream Sports Secondary Fund Raising: Gunderson Dettmer represented Tiger Global as it participated in the $400 million secondary fund raising, bringing Dream Sports’ valuation close to $5 billion.

• Infra.Market Series C (Unicorn Round) Fundraise: Gunderson Dettmer represented Tiger Global as it led the $100 million Series C financing of Infra.Market.
