
Benjamin Teo
Benjamin is a corporate associate in our Singapore office.
Benjamin represents emerging growth companies on corporate transactions throughout their life cycles, with a geographical focus on Southeast Asia and India. He also regularly acts for venture capital and growth equity funds that invest in financing rounds of such companies.
Prior to joining Gunderson Dettmer, Benjamin trained and practiced at a top-tier Singapore law firm, where he worked on domestic and cross-border private and public mergers and acquisitions across a broad range of industries. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions involving private equity and joint ventures.
Benjamin read law at the National University of Singapore on a NUS Sports Scholarship, where he was awarded the Peter English Memorial Prize.
Benjamin is fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, and is admitted to practice law in New York and Singapore.
