Gunderson Dettmer advises Science 37 in latest financing round

Gunderson Dettmer served as lead counsel to Science 37 in a $29 million debt financing deal led by Glynn Capital as well as participation from Google Ventures, Lux, Redmile and dRx Capital.

Corporate partner Ross Burningham led the Gunderson Dettmer deal team along with associate Cody Peterson.

Science 37 is a mobile technology and clinical trials company based in Los Angeles with a focus on developing networked patient-centric models for clinical research.
