Gunderson Dettmer advises NginX in financing round

Gunderson Dettmer served as lead counsel to NginX Inc in its $43 million Series C financing round led by Goldman Sachs with participation from NEA, StoneBridge and Broad Street.

The Gunderson Dettmer deal team was led by corporate partner Bennett Yee along with founding partner and co-head of the Intellectual Property Group Tom Villeneuve as well as corporate and securities associates Matthew Weber and Maggie White and intellectual property associate Eric Gorin Regan.
