TalkDesk, a provider of cloud-based contact center software, raised a Series B financing of $100M with a valuation of over $1B. Investors in this round of funding included lead investor Viking Global and existing investor DFJ.

This deal represents the largest round ever raised for a private company in the contact center industry. The funding will be used continue TalkDesk’s leadership in the market.

The Gunderson Dettmer deal team was led by Ivan Gaviria and included Bradley Krack, Michelle Fernandes and Valdemar Washington.
