Bradley D. Krack

Brad is a partner in Gunderson Dettmer’s Redwood City office. He represents high-growth companies and venture capital funds in the US and around the world in a range of matters, including cross-border equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and corporate governance.

Brad helps clients achieve their business objectives by guiding them through some of their most complex transactions. A former engineer and submarine officer in the US Navy, he brings curiosity and a steady hand to complexity and unusual fact patterns in deals, helping founders gain flexibility and anticipate problems. Over the course of his career, Brad has lived and worked around the world, and he understands the importance of local knowledge and global perspective in advising clients in domestic and cross-border deals.

In every engagement, Brad brings Gunderson’s industry-leading experience representing high-growth companies in their financings, IPOs and M&A transactions, including the firm’s proprietary knowledge and tools. His experience spans a variety of technology firms, including consumer internet, software, education, mobile communications, internet security, e-commerce, financial, and entertainment technology companies, as well as several top-tier venture capital firms.
