Georgian Co-Leads $80M Series C Financing of Contentstack
Gunderson Dettmer represented client Georgian as it co-led the $80 million Series C financing of Contentstack, a content experience platform. The platform allows developers and content managers to create, manage, and publish content simultaneously and independently, to create websites and applications quickly. The company will use the new capital to continue supporting enterprise companies.
In the announcement of the transaction, Georgian’s Lead Investor Emily Walsh said, “We look for high-growth companies with great leadership and a strong work culture. We also love to help disruptors do what they do best. For all these reasons, we chose to double down on our investment. Contentstack’s ability to ensure customers are successful while also innovating at record speeds positions them as the leader in the CMS market. We are proud to co-lead this round and provide the Company with the support required for true category leadership.”
The Gunderson Dettmer deal team was led by Jeff Engerman and Chris Warren and included Gabriella Stearns.
