Gunderson Dettmer represented client Georgian as it co-led the $80 million Series C financing of Contentstack, a content experience platform. The platform allows developers and content managers to create, manage, and publish content simultaneously and independently, to create websites and applications quickly. The company will use the new capital to continue supporting enterprise companies.
