In the announcement of the transaction, Hallow CEO Alex Jones said, "This round and these milestones are exciting. We're thrilled to partner together with mission-driven partners, team members, and creators to invest even more heavily in building an experience that helps the world to build a daily habit of prayer. But with each of these milestones, something has become more and more clear over time."

The Gunderson Dettmer deal team was led by Andy Bradley and included Paul Sullivan, Chase Beckstead, Gina Marek and Anna He.
