Gunderson Dettmer represented Chile-based client Enerlink, an energy management SaaS company, in its $3.6 million financing led by Kayyak Ventures. Enerlink helps businesses manage, control and optimize their electric fleet and chargers. Starting in October, the startup will be present in the Mexican market.

In the announcement of the transaction, it states, “The idea - Sebastión Luque, Enerlink co-founder, highlights – ‘was to know the reality of potential clients, discover the real problems and pain points that can be solved with technology and finally become a scalable technology company with greater impact.’”

The Gunderson Dettmer deal team was led by Dan Green and included Daniel Gallo, Francisco Mont’Alverne and Eduarda Tavares.
