Gunderson Dettmer represented client Elsewhere Partners as it led the $16.7M Series A financing of Learnsoft, a SaaS-based learning technology platform. Learnsoft provides businesses with project-tailored and industry-specific courses performance and organization efficiency to meet the unique needs of each client. The new capital will be used to advance its solution offerings, grow its team and expand into new markets.
