Demandbase Acquires Engagio
Gunderson Dettmer client Demandbase, an account-based marketing platform to help maximize the B2B marketing, acquired Engagio.
In the announcement of the transaction CEO of Demandbase Gabe Rogol said, “This acquisition combines the leader in ABM with Engagio, one of the early pioneers of the category. The Gunderson deal team was led by Brooks Stough, Joseph Raffetto, David Moore and Sanaz Oskouy, and included Colin Chapman, Mark Foster, Jeffrey Goldman, Anna Westfelt, Erica Davis, Laurel Fedder, Lily Kim and Emily Lieberman.
