Gunderson Dettmer represented client 99 Minutos, a last-mile delivery service for e-commerce companies, in its $40 million Series B financing co-led by Prosus and Kaszek Ventures.

In the announcement of the transaction, Head of Americas Investments at Prosus Ventures Banafsheh Fathieh said, “When we hear big e-commerce players saying that 99 minutos is ‘their most reliable partner’ and that they are ‘the provider with the most potential,’ it tells us that the team is executing extremely well and is on a path to disrupt e-commerce delivery in Latin America.”

The Gunderson deal team was led by Daniel Green and included Adam Spaulding, Joseph McGinley and Jamilah Mena.
