Kristy is a mergers and acquisitions associate.
Kristy is an associate in the Corporate practice and is based in the firm’s San Francisco office. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions. Kristy has experience representing corporate clients of all sizes, ranging from startups for Fortune Global 50 companies, in the technology, energy, hospitality, entertainment, medical, automotive, and financial services industries. Kristy received her bachelor’s degree from Stanford University, and her law degree from UCLA School of Law, where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Entertainment Law Review. She earned a Master of Business Administration at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where she was awarded “Best Negotiator” in 2017. Kristy is admitted to practice in California.
