Kristie’s practice focuses on general corporate counseling, venture capital financings, and mergers and acquisitions. Kristie represents a wide variety of technology companies from consumer internet, software, telecommunications, and entertainment technology industries, as well as a number of leading venture capital firms. Prior to joining Gunderson, Kristie served as corporate counsel at Cricut where she advised on the company's domestic and international consumer electronics operations.
