Jenny is a corporate and securities associate in our Ann Arbor office.
Jenny specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles.
Jenny’s practice focuses on general corporate counseling, venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions. Jenny represents a wide variety of technology companies from automotive innovation, consumer internet, software, telecommunications and entertainment technology industries, as well as a number of leading venture capital firms.
In law school, Jenny served as a Contributing Editor on the Michigan Law Review and participated in the Michigan Access Program (MAP), a social justice leadership program at the University of Michigan Law School.
Prior to law school, Jenny was an editor at an online news startup and worked in higher education managing social media platforms and multimedia publications.
Jenny serves on the YLC Board of Smile Train.
