Srinithi advises technology and life sciences companies on a wide range of commercial, intellectual property, and technology transactions. Her practice focuses on drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, including technology development and services arrangements, licensing agreements, and other strategic collaborations that are critical to her clients’ growth. She counsels emerging growth companies as well as more mature businesses on structuring, protecting, and commercializing their intellectual property and technology assets.

Drawing on her prior experience in the Technology & IP Transactions group at a large international law firm, Srinithi works closely with clients to support transactions across the company lifecycle, including financings, strategic partnerships, and other corporate transactions with significant IP and technology components. She works with clients across a variety of sectors, including software, internet, and other innovation-driven industries.
