Becca advises clients on employee benefits and executive compensation matters in connection with complex corporate transactions. She counsels emerging growth and technology companies, as well as their investors and management teams, on the design, implementation and operation of equity and incentive compensation arrangements, employment and separation agreements, and other executive compensation programs.

Becca’s practice includes assisting clients in navigating the tax, securities and corporate governance aspects of equity compensation and benefits arrangements, with particular attention to issues that arise in venture-backed company financings, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic transactions. She also supports companies in addressing day-to-day compensation and benefits questions and in aligning their programs with evolving market practices.
