Osanni Bio Closes $190 Million Series B

Gunderson Dettmer represented Osanni Bio in its $190 million Series B financing. The round was led by Patient Square Capital with participation by existing investors the Horowitz Group, Invus Opportunities, and the Retinal Degeneration Fund.

Osanni Bio is a development-stage therapeutics platform reinventing discovery and development of new medicines. The proceeds from the financing will be used to advance the company’s current pipeline of multiple programs and fuel the scaling of its unique discovery and development process.

The Gunderson deal team was led by Ryan Gunderson and included Mark Foster, Ryan Enchelmayer, Heather Aune, Jordan Murray, Nikta Daijavad, Brittany Nicely, Rebecca Xu, Jack Weykamp, and Janice Poon.
