Michael Tiab is an associate in the firm’s Public Companies practice group, advising public and private companies on a wide range of corporate and securities matters, including capital markets transactions, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. He counsels companies through IPOs, SPACs, at-the-market equity programs, Rule 144A offerings, and, registered or private secondary offerings. 

Michael also regularly assists clients with SEC reporting, NYSE and Nasdaq compliance, Sarbanes-Oxley, Dodd-Frank, and ’34 Act obligations, strategic transactions such as mergers and spin-offs and other corporate matters.
