Dalus Capital Invests in Alkemio $2 Million Financing

Gunderson Dettmer represented client Dalus Capital in the $2 million pre-seed financing of Alkemio, a Buenos Aires-based company focused on developing a deep-tech modular low-emission refining system for on-site production of high-purity rare earth element oxides.

Alkemio’s approach replaces conventional, chemical-intensive refining with a single system that uses organic materials to separate minerals on site, starting with dysprosium.

The Gunderson deal team included Dan Green and Daniel Gallo.
