Matthew specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles. His practice focuses on general corporate counseling, venture capital financings, and mergers and acquisitions. He advises technology and other high-growth companies, as well as venture capital and growth equity investors, on a wide range of corporate matters, including company formation, corporate governance, and strategic transactions.

Prior to joining Gunderson Dettmer, Matthew practiced in the New York office of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP.
