Kimberly specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles.

Kimberly’s practice focuses on general corporate counseling, venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions. She represents a wide variety of technology companies from consumer internet, software, telecommunications and entertainment technology industries, as well as a number of leading venture capital firms.

Kimberly is a graduate of Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and UCLA - completing both degrees with honors. While attending law school, Kimberly was a staff editor for the Journal of International Law and Business. Additionally, she was a judicial extern for Judge Jerry Esrig in the Circuit Court of Cook County. Prior to joining the firm, Kimberly practiced in the Century City office of Sidley Austin LLP.
