James brings extensive experience in intellectual property law, including years of litigation work successfully representing Fortune 100 companies in high‑stakes matters involving billions of dollars in dispute.  He has represented clients at every stage of litigation in federal district courts, the Federal Circuit, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and the U.S. International Trade Commission, and has worked with companies in the pharmaceutical, medical device, software, electronics, and telecommunications sectors.
