Gunderson Dettmer Client EPOS Acquired by Ant Financial

Gunderson Dettmer represented client EPOS, one of Singapore’s largest integrated Point-Of-Sale (POS) system vendors, in its acquisition by Ant Financial. Founded in 2009, EPOS’ all-in-one POS system manages inventory, accounting, customer data and e-commerce platforms. It serves over 5,000 businesses across 60 industries, including major government and corporate clients in Singapore.

The Gunderson deal team was led by David He and included Andrew Luh, Alex Walsh and Benjamin Teo.
