Damon is an associate in our San Francisco office.
Damon represents venture-backed companies across all stages of growth and industries, from companies started by first-time founders to growth and late stage companies like Modern Treasury and Palantir. Damon counsels clients on corporate formation and governance issues, venture fundraising, employment and intellectual property matters, mergers and acquisitions and also provides strategic advice at all points of a company’s lifecycle.
In addition, Damon represents leading venture capital firms as well as seed funds in a variety of early to late stage financings.
Damon grew up in New Mexico and worked at a startup prior to law school. In law school, he worked with entrepreneurs at Harvard and MIT through the Harvard Law Entrepreneurship Project, and worked at a public tech company during his summer.
