Charlie specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles.
Charlie’s practice focuses on general corporate counseling, venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions. Charlie represents a wide variety of technology companies from consumer internet, software, telecommunications and entertainment technology industries, as well as a number of leading venture capital firms.
Prior to joining Gunderson Dettmer, Charlie was an associate at Sidley Austin in Chicago, where he focused primarily on private and public company M&A.
