Brent is a corporate and securities associate in our Los Angeles office.
Brent counsels emerging growth and venture-backed companies throughout each phase of their lifecycle, providing strategic and practical advice in connection with venture capital financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and other day-to-day legal matters. He works with a wide range of high-technology clients, and has a particular focus on disruptive technologies, SaaS, crypto, Web3, blockchain, artificial intelligence, virtual and augmented reality, fintech, and digital media. He also represents leading venture capital firms and strategic investors who finance these companies through equity, debt, and token investments.
