Benjamin Adler

Benjamin is an associate in Gunderson Dettmer’s Silicon Valley office. He represents emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles, and his practice focuses on general corporate counseling, venture capital financings, and mergers and acquisitions. Benjamin has advised various technology companies, including consumer internet, software, telecommunications, crypto, life science, advanced learning, artificial intelligence, hardware, data analytics, and entertainment technology firms. He counsels companies on venture capital and growth equity financings, strategic transactions, corporate governance, and securities law matters. He also represents several leading venture capital firms and their respective portfolio companies.

Benjamin brings Gunderson’s industry-leading experience representing high-growth companies in their financings, IPOs and M&A transactions to every engagement, including the firm’s proprietary knowledge and tools. He also brings his MBA background which helps him connect with founders on the intersection of business and legal issues facing their companies.

  • Homebound Technologies, Inc. and its $75M Series C financing led by Khosla Ventures

Outside of work, Benjamin can be found on a squash or tennis court or rooting on his Michigan Wolverines. He also volunteers at UC Berkeley assisting student founders.
