Ally specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles.
Ally’s practice focuses on general corporate counseling, venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions. Ally represents a wide variety of technology companies from consumer internet, software, telecommunications and entertainment technology industries, as well as a number of leading venture capital firms.
Prior to joining Gunderson Dettmer, Ally practiced in the New York office of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP.
