Tim specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles as well as venture capital investors.

Tim’s practice focuses on general corporate counseling, venture capital financings, public offerings, public company representation and mergers and acquisitions. Tim represents a wide variety of technology companies from the consumer internet, software, telecommunications and entertainment technology industries; life sciences companies from the biotechnology and biopharmaceutical industries; and a number of leading venture capital firms. Prior to joining Gunderson Dettmer, Tim was a counsel in the corporate practice group at WilmerHale.
