Peter focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions. He has represented clients such as Chinese companies in their outbound investments and a variety of other business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures. His experience also includes representing issuers in connection with initial public offerings in the United States and in Hong Kong and advising clients on corporate governance, other general corporate matters and SEC reporting obligations.
Prior to joining Gunderson, Peter worked at the New York, Beijing and Shanghai offices of major U.S. firms.
