Kirt W Shuldberg and Daniel M. Green

Redwood City, CA – February 11, 2015- Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villeneuve Franklin & Hachigian, LLP announced today that Daniel M. Green and Kirt W Shuldberg have joined the firm as partners in the Corporate and Securities practice group.

Daniel Green represents venture capital funds and emerging and later-stage technology companies in a broad range of securities, finance, and governance-related matters. Mr. Green, who is fluent in Spanish, represents numerous companies and investors serving Spanish-speaking and other international markets worldwide.Mr. Green further enhances the firm’s ability to advise on complex international transactions. Mr. Green is based in the firm’s Silicon Valley office.

Kirt Shuldberg represents emerging life science and technology companies on a broad range of corporate and securities matters including pre-incorporation planning, seed and venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, spin outs, IPOs, strategic collaborations and licensing transactions, and restructurings. Mr. Shuldberg serves as outside general counsel to several public companies. Mr. Shuldberg also represents numerous venture funds in their investment activities. Mr. Shuldberg is based in the firm’s San Diego office.
