Gunderson Dettmer represented client Triplemint, a New York-based property brokerage platform, in its acquisition by The Agency, a global real estate brokerage. Triplemint’s proprietary technology connects clients to local real estate professionals' databases via a map-based search site. The two companies will jointly operate as The Agency to form an agent-first, tech-driven boutique luxury global brokerage firm.
