Gunderson Dettmer represented client Tiger Global as it led the $100 million Series C financing of Moka, a SaaS-based HR platform. The Beijing-based company intends to use the new capital to further develop  SaaS-based HR solutions and scale up its efforts in recruiting and training team members.
