Gunderson Dettmer represented client Tiger Global as it co-led the $100 million Series C financing of Dianxiaomi, a Chinese e-commerce SaaS platform. The Shenzen-based company provides cross-border sellers a resource planning software that helps businesses track shipment orders and inventories and manage customer relations and accounting. The new capital will go towards Dianxiaomi plans to upgrade its service system, research and development, and talent recruitment.

The Gunderson deal team was led by Zhen Liu and included Mabel Ding and Weil Feng.
