Texas-based, same-day delivery platform Delivery Solutions was acquired by United Parcel Service (UPS) to enhance its logistics services with curbside pickup, in-store pickup, shipping, and post-purchase transactions.

In the announcement of the acquisition, UPS said in a statement that, “Once a company plugs into the Delivery Solutions technology platform, they can easily connect to a global ecosystem of delivery companies in the same-day space—allowing retailers and platforms to meet the specific delivery needs of their customers, while maintaining complete control of their eCommerce brand experience.”

The Gunderson deal team was led by corporate partner Wes Watts and senior corporate associate Luke Thomas and included corporate associates Monica Dion and Emma Anderson, executive compensation partner Jim Hauser and associate Frances Sevilla-Sacasa, labor and employment associate Jeff Salomon, tax/fund partner Mark Foster and associate Sunny Kim, and senior tech/IP associate Ben Cukerbaum.
