Gunderson Dettmer represented client Rubik in the announcement of its $3.55 million Seed Round financing led by Ulu Ventures. Rubik is an investment platform for institutional investors to deploy capital into single-family rentals. Rubik leverages data science and machine learning to provide proprietary investment opportunities for REITs, Hedge Funds and Family Offices in the rapidly growing single-family rental market. The company will use the new capital for company growth and market expansion.

In the announcement of the transaction, Co-founder of Rubik Tommaso Montagni said, "With the capital and partners we’ve brought on board, we’re well positioned to take advantage of the coming real estate market shifts and leverage our early market lead in the space to become the go-to investment platform for institutional single-family investors.”
