Beijing partner Richard Chang has been recognized in the 2022 edition of China Business Law Journal’s A-List as one of China’s Elite International Lawyers. Richard, who was elected to the firm’s partnership in January 2022, focuses his practice on the representation of emerging growth companies, in particular life sciences and technology companies, throughout their corporate lifecycle. He regularly advises public and private companies and investors in a wide range of corporate transactions, including venture capital and growth equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and other public offerings.
