Gunderson Dettmer represented client Reforge, a San Francisco-based career development platform, in its $60 million Series B financing led by Insight Partners. Reforge focuses on helping top-tier professionals scale themselves and their companies by providing cohort-based programs that include topics that include product management, engineering leadership, and data, as well as more earned insights from VPs and C-level executives. The company will use its new capital to expand its business reach and development efforts.

In the announcement of the transaction, founder and CEO of Reforge Brian Balfour said, “We are not focused on memorizing concepts or plastering a certificate on your resume. We help our members create an impact for themselves and their company. And when we do that, the rest takes care of itself.”

The Gunderson deal team was led by Joe Raffetto and included Alexis Persson and Gianna Sagan.
