Gunderson Dettmer represented client Red 6 Aerospace Inc., an airborne tactical augmented reality system, in its $30 million Series A financing led by Snowpoint Ventures. The new funding allows Red 6 to continue to build its technology and military training capabilities.

In the announcement of the transaction, co-founder and CEO of Red 6 Daniel Robinson said, “Red 6 is harnessing Augmented Reality to address the urgent demand for more efficient and effective fighter pilot training needed to face today's national security challenges.”

The Gunderson deal team was led by Mike Heath and included Nick Feldman, Jamal Johnson and Agnes Aniol.
