Gunderson Dettmer client Postman, a company simplifying development, tests and management of APIs with its platform, has raised $50 million in Series B funding. The financing was led by CRV and included participation from existing investors Nexus Venture Partners.

In speaking with TechCrunch about the fresh funding Postman co-founder Abhinav Asthana said, “We are scaling rapidly across all dimensions. There are many use cases that we still want to address over the coming months. We will also experiment with sales and invest in improving user experience.”

The Gunderson Dettmer deal team was led by Mike Irvine and included Maggie White and AnVy Nguyen.
