Gunderson Dettmer represented client Nudge Security, a Texas-based developer of cybersecurity software, in its $7 million led by Ballistic Ventures. The company’s software is designed to combat cyber risks and threats faced by modern organizations and emphasizes assisting employees with secure decision-making anywhere they work without disrupting workflows. The new capital will enable the company to expand its team and engage new partners.

In the announcement of the transaction, co-founder and CTO of Nudge Security Jaime Blasco said, “We are harnessing human intelligence at scale to help strengthen the organization’s cybersecurity postures.”

The Gunderson deal team was led by Daniel Green and included Alex Whatley, Rose Wang, Tiffany Lam, and Jamilah Mena.
