Gunderson Dettmer represented client Modern Treasury, a developer of a payment operations software, in its $85 million Series C financing led by Altimeter Capital Management. The new funding brings the company's valuation above $2 billion.

In the announcement of the transaction, CEO and co-founder of Modern Treasury Dimitri Dadiomov said, “We're making big strides with product development and customer traction, as we continue to grow, we invite leading banks to partner with us in delivering best-in-class experiences for our mutual clients."

The Gunderson deal team was led by Lou Soto and included Damon Zhangchai, Maurice Osei, and Keon Seif-Naraghi.
