LucidLink Announces $75M Series C Financing

Gunderson Dettmer represented client LucidLink, a storage collaboration platform, in its $75 million Series C financing led by Brighton Park Capital. LucidLink is a cloud-based SaaS platform that enables creative professionals to work together seamlessly from anywhere. The platform has delivered exceptional growth, including growing its annual recurring revenue (ARR) by nearly 5x and the number of users on its platform by more than 4x.

In the announcement of the transaction, LucidLink CEO and co-founder Peter Thompson said, “LucidLink is designed to help remote and hybrid teams of creative professionals tackle a variety of complex use cases by enabling immediate access to huge files and secure real-time collaboration. LucidLink has broad applications across creative industries where collaborating on large files is an issue and has seen success in media and entertainment, gaming, architecture, design, advertising and marketing.”

The Gunderson Dettmer deal team was led by Andy Bradley and included Brenden Glapion and Lauren Lockett.
